On July 20 and 21, 2011, the National Training Workshop on natural disaster reduction and climate change adaptation in agricultural sector was jointly organized by the Disaster Management Centre (DMC), Northern Mountainous Agriculture and Forestry Science Institute (NOMAFSI) and Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Lao Cai Province.
